Superfood Smoothie

Want to power up your smoothies? Try my Blueberry-Coconut-Vanilla Superfood Smoothie! It’s packed with everything you need for a healthy immune system (acai and goji berries), calcium (chai seeds), fiber (flax), protein (hemp) and even some cocao nibs for a chocolate treat!

Berry Coconut-Vanilla Superfood Smoothie

1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries and strawberries

1/2 cup frozen acai berries or 1 Tbs. Acai powder

1/2 Tbs. ground chia seeds

1/2 Tbs. ground flaxseed

1/2 Tbs. hemp seed powder

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups coconut milk

1 tsp honey or 2 pitted medjool dates

½ cup ice

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.  
  • Top with cacao nibs and goji berries
